JAS Counselling is an Inverurie based counselling service offering a private and confidential environment to allow you to share your thoughts and feelings in order to overcome any concerns and issues you may be having in your life, working with all ages but with a particular interest, passion and experience in working with youths who are looking for guidance and support. 

Since being established in January 2023 the service has grown into an award winning and trusted service within Aberdeenshire, supporting not only individuals who seek our services, but the wider community through numerous donations and sponsorships to support positive mental health.

The JAS Counselling team consists of individuals with significant experience in supporting people, predominantly within public sector roles who have come together to utilise their skills and experience in a counselling environment where we strive to provide a relaxed, safe and confidential environment with no fear of judgement.

All members of our team share the belief that private counselling should be as accessible and affordable as possible. Through our funding initiative, supported by local businesses and groups we have created a service whereby all members of our community can access the service regardless of their individual circumstances.
