It is important to me that counselling is as affordable as possible.

A one hour 'face to face’ or video call session is £40 covering my insurance costs and the time out with the session I will take to work on the best methods of support for you.

Rooms can also be hired if required at a small additional cost.

I would recommend 6-8 sessions, however as I state I appreciate everyone and their needs are different and you may only want one or two sessions.

I am fully aware that face to face counselling is not always something that people want and I am open to phone calls and even forms of online/messenger chat as methods of counselling.
